US SHIPPING

koredoko.com offers both standard and expedited shipment at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days upon placement. Please reach out prior to purchase if you'd like to arrange a pick-up instead (Orange County, CA).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

koredoko.com offers International FedEx/UPS/DHL shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on koredoko.com are not eligible for Returns due to the nature of koredoko operations following a made-to-order service model but exchanges can be made. Please ensure sizing is correct prior to purchase, if unsure, please reach out to shopkoredoko@gmail.com for any styling assistance.

Exchanges are eligible for sizing only—should there be any immediate and available inventory. Eligibility is accepted should the item provided that be returned within 7 business days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Return shipments are paid for by the customer but we will ship the exchanged item free of cost.  

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that an exchange order has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed through the bank.

Exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of koredoko.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

PREORDERS

Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
