US SHIPPING

koredoko.com offers both standard and expedited shipment at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days upon placement. Please reach out prior to purchase if you'd like to arrange a pick-up instead (Orange County, CA).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

koredoko.com offers International UPS shipping on all orders. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days upon placement. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to pre-determine this cost.

If a shipment from koredoko.com is refused or unclaimed, any refunds will exclude shipping and any return fees incurred by the carrier, should the the package be returned to KOREDOKO. 

Duties/Taxes are able to be paid for online, through the provided tracking link, directly to UPS.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once shipped, we are unable to provide assistance as the responsibility for any lost, damaged, or missing packages will be the carrier's responsibility.
