RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on Koredoko.com are eligible for exchanges but are considered final sale for returns due to the nature of KOREDOKO operations following a small batch or made-by-demand service model. Order cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been shipped out. That being said, as an independent studio, we understand your hesitation but always happy to help with any solutions so please feel free to reach out if this is preventing you from enjoying our pieces!

Ensure sizing is correct before purchase by reviewing the size chart, if unsure, please reach out to shopkoredoko@gmail.com for any styling or sizing assistance. Be mindful that the size chart is not the product specifications but the buyer's measurements to gauge which size in KD is best for you.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are eligible, contingent on any immediate and available inventory. Eligibility is reviewed, should a request is made within 3 business days of the item's original delivery date and from the request date, 7 business days are allotted to ship the returned item. The item's condition must be: unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached (if applicable). 
If conditions are met, eligibility is accepted and exchanges can be made for alternative sizes or products. If the value of the product differs, Koredoko will refund or the buyer will pay the difference.

Any exchanges for sizing due to the buyer's decision, is shipped back to the Koredoko Studio by the buyer. If eligibility is accepted, the buyer will re-pay for new shipping.
A return label can be provided upon request, the costs are later included for the new shipping cost.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email to confirm the exchange with any updated shipping/billing information. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after the shipment has been received.

Exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of koredoko.comItems that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

PREORDERS

Items available for preorder will have the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
